there (I think it was even the one I bought the machine through). After describing to her what was happening she said it would be best to bring it in and have Ron (the on site repairman) have a look at it and to call first thing Tues.(today) morn. and talk to him and see if he would look at it while I waited. I Phoned this am and took the machine in and he would have fixed the problem immed. except he didn't have the part and as it had to have it's servicing I left it there and he plans on working on it for me this aft. as he should have his parts order in by then and hopefully they'll call and I can go back into the city (1/2 hr. drive from my door to theirs) and pick it up.

It appears the bobbin case has to be replaced which is quick to replace - it's the servicing that will take the time.

So you were right - that you needed a new bobbin case - that is good news - so happy they could get you and get it started and perhaps back so quickly.

I am so glad that it is being fixed quickly. Our lives have a big hole when one of our babies is sick.
