You put on of these in each corner and you can put a dowel end and hang the quilt up easily.

Looks good for a small wall hanging, but for anything bigger, I would still put a sleeve to support the whole top edge.

Works great, that's how I do all of mine. I put them on all my baby quilts so they can be hung on a wall if they decide not to use them as quilts.
