Sewing Revolution is a circle plastic ruler . If you go on line and log into their website you can see all the rulers and what they are used for .Makes it easier to place designs evenly. I used the outside for the quilting. www.thesewingrevolution.com.au. They are brilliant girls and if you happen to see them in your neighbourhood with a trunk show . Go you'll be surprised and informed. We are lucky the girls live here on the Coast..
