I have a subscription with Cute and when I try to download the new set of designs in the Design catagory the only way it will download is if it goes through my digitizing software and at that I have to fiddle with it to save it. I went to other non-Cute sites and there is no trouble; in fact, Designs by Cuties is fine. It seems to be just when I use my subscription. It started this weekend when the new flowers designs came out.
Are there others out there having the same problem or can help?

I just tried and had no problems. I found that upgrading explorer or some Microsoft stuff often changes things. Check your settings in your browser to make sure it asks you where to save. After I uploaded Explorer 9 I no longer could do my banking on line, but was available with Mozilla's Firefox.

Thanks. I will talk to my son who just did some major upgrades to our system but that was a week ago. But we will pervail
