I voted. This past Easter I made about 50 bunnies with a carrot in each hand. The top green part of the carrot would fringe. It was easy. Use a different color bobbin thread. Clip the bobbin thread pull it and clip the end. It will release the fringe. Pull it to the front. I would do both the same way. I did not cut my fringe I left the loops. I would turn over the flower and run fray check over the remaining base of the flower. It will seal it. I hope this is clear. PS I downloaded this design. Thanks Maureen
