Another toilet paper cover for a June graduate. I believe this came from Goodies by Gail. She has so many to choose from. I still have a ton more to do. These stitch quickly, with a little under 7400 stitches.

Ok, I've read all the comments. Now I have a question. Is this stitched on a piece of felt and wrapped around the roll of paper? And then wrapped in cellophane? I want to make some and need directions. Thank Maureen
