This is from the designs by cuties tab from our own cutie, Sabinemufassa. It was the perfect size for my toilet paper covers and I thought she was a perfect match for the Elvis ones that I have done before. So, I did her in the pink and charcoal combination. Sabine captured Elizabeth's expression beautifully. I am not sure where the grad design came from. Kay

Are these on felt? If so, do they close in the back with velcro?

I used to close the back with Velcro and now only use double side scotch tape. much cheaper and quicker!!! Works Great!!
