Yes if you have the software to do it with. Usually if you have an editing of designs in your software you can change size but I don't think you can make a big change only an inch or 2. I'm sure some of the more experienced can tell you more than I & will.

jewels, it sounds like you don't have the software to do this sort of work - you can always purchase the larger size in the same design - from the designer - they usually have two or three sizes. Good luck with your embroidery and stick around - look through the questions and please check out the project pages and look through the bookmark section and don't forget to download your free designs for the day or all of them - if you have a membership. Welcome to the "CUTE" family - we hope to see you often. *4U

If you don't have the software try downloading WilcomTrueSizer. There are several comments just recently about this freebie and it is great for resizing. Flower for you.

Yes, but with some programs the stitches will be more dense if you make the design smaller and less dense if you enlarge it. A few good programs will adjust the fill accordingly but not all of them do so. This can cause problems depending on what material you are stitching them on. Some embroidery machines, like my Baby Lock, are able to adjust design sizes too when they are loaded into the machine.

I have used the Wilcom Turesizer and also BuzzXplore. With BuzzXplore I click on the design I want changed and tell it what size hoop I have and it will also change the format to HUS for me....the latter is not free though. Welcome to our cute family and hope all these answers help. *4U

I agree with Joanie about the Truesizer (I don't have BuzzXplore), however make sure you test the design before stitching onto your garment. I have had a couple of problems in the past with Wilcom.

on my machine, Singer/Futura comes with a program that I can change the size of all designs. My machine also will use all formates too. If the design is not in XXX, I use the pes one.
