Here are two more blocks for my memory quilt of my sisters and I. Do I need to tell you what they mean? OK, remember everyone, kids will be kids. The carrots are a reminder of when we always walked to school down the back alleys and raided gardens (then we wonder why kids raid ours today LOL ). The pop can is a reminder of one day when the three of us were walking to school and started kicking this pop can, when suddenly one says, "I think it is full". The other sis picks it up and opens it and pop sprays all over us (mostly her tho...Mother dear did NOT like that.

Making these types of quilts will bring back so many memories. I made one for my daughter and it was such fun.

There are actually us 4 girls in the family, no boys, but it was always just the 3 of us... the other one was always doing her own thing, which is strange because the 4 of us were born in 5 yrs so we were close in age. *4U

Memories of our childwood... We all cherish them! What a nice idea to keep them alive!
