How can you see all the posts of a member? In other forums when you click on the name you go to all its posts. It's good when you are looking for a particular post.I think it could be a good idea.

It would also be helpful to have status under one's name in the top left corner of the screen addressing answered messages/comments to postings or responses in the projects sections... is there a way to change our settings to see this type of 'in box', etc.?

That is a great idea to be able to find members for I was looking for a post and finally gave up on it, for at times the posting travels fast.
