Hello,

I have MC 9500 (Janome). Can I do designs of Photo Stitch having 55000 stitch count? Thank you. God bless. Bernadette de Souza.

Bernadette, I used to have the MC 9500 and was able to do photo stitch. I used a linen type material, because it's a little heavier and an iron on tear away. Here is a site where you can get more info. I did the girl face on a bag for my grandaughter and it came out really well. Just remember photo stitch is very dense, so be sure to stabilize well. Have fun. Carol

I don't have a Janome, but have a Bernina Artista 180 and can only do a design with something like 50,000 stitches. But where there's a will there's a way, I brought my design into my software and seperated it in two parts and they come out just fine. Hope this helps.

i have just put yoiur queery onto the memory craft group site and if i get a reply i will pass it on to you here. in hte meantime perhaps someone will come back with an answer but i doubt that you will actually be able to do a higher stitchcount as the computer memory on your machine is not capable of it.
