So sad to hear of Bosses like this. She should be rewarded for 28 yrs of work. He should realize the employees are who keeps him in business. Hope she can find relief soon

Our daughter came home and said she may not have a job tomorrow (that was last Thursday). Her boss that never remembers that he said to do that or make that change decided to make a policy change. Our daughter was making notes to the new changes on a post-it-note and finally asked him to sign and date it after he didn't produce a proper business policy change form. She went to the copy machine made a copy to give to him and the other two ladies in her department. I'm proud she is sticking up for herself and she still has her job at least for now. I am so sorry your sister has had to put up with a boss that is difficult to work with. Don't know if I could have lasted that many years taking his abuse. Jobs are hard to come by and could take her some time to obtain something else. Wishing her the very best on getting out of this situation.

Suzanne, I'm so sorry your daugher is being treated so bad. Why do people think they have a righ to hurt others? I pray she will be able to find a job soon that the boss appreciates her. Of course the pay is never the same after building up over 28 years, but having some peace of mind each day is worth something. Hugs, Judy
