What you'll need:
plant pot
styrofoam ball
1 bag of dum dums
I used some mega pops that I got at the dollar general for a 1.00 a bag got 3 and the pot got at yard sale for FREE. Ribbon I had. What do you think.

Just made it my own. My uncle and aunt anniversary is the 29th and thought about giving it to her?? Also going to make some pillow cases for them.

This is also great for a 30, 40, 50 birthday. I've taken a card holder from flower bouquets and added a card that read "30 Sucks", etc. , and used that many pops in the bouquets. Big success at parties.
