Made a few hair barrettes for the grand daughters who are coming next week. The designs are from http://www.ggdesignsembroidery.com/index.php. Loved doing them.
I used the medium clips but the small designs. The medium designs just seem too large on the barrettes. I just liked the way the smaller designs looked.

I got some designs from GG and I am thinking about using the larger designs for little dresses and the smallest ones for barrettes.

Like your take on the smaller designs. The bigger ones are usually to large for a small child's head. They are colorful and your GD's are going to love them.

Had bought them months ago and just found the time to try them last week (made 12 at once in my 5x7hoop :o).

Thank you. Are you sewing your to the barretts or using the felt glue? The first one I sewed thinking the glue wouldn't hold. Since then I've just used the glue and covered it real good. Seems to be working great! I have some others of her designs, boot, owl, but have to move on to other projects and cleaning before they get here. I love the ladybug too.
