OK ladies. I am finished the top now. It will be approx 18" x 21" when totally finished (quilted?). I titled this "No More Drama!!!" and totally designed it myself. Well with the exception of the free masks. I did the lettering in "Embroidery Magic 2". The reason I did this is there has been lots of drama in my life lately and talking to one of my sisters about it I got the idea to do this and she encouraged me. It is a reminder that I have a choice. I choose life. It may mean moving (99.9% sure of that). But instead of taking it all, all of the time, and doing nothing except feeling sorry for myself and taking the abuse and having a pity party, I chose to do something for myself. That also includes: mentally, emotionally, Spiritually, you get the point. SO, this little wall hanging will be there to remind me always, no matter where I am, "No More Drama!!!"

Good for you Joanie! You go girl. I know a lot of "Drama Queens" I would just love to give this to. Life is too short and it isn't a rehearsal, it's the real thing, you should never allow other people to drag you into their histrionics. We have a saying here, "Never let the B's get you down" that just means be strong enough to rise above it all. My daily prayer is the Serenity Prayer, you know... "God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The Courage to change the things I can, (and most importantly) The Wisdom to know the difference" It keeps me sane. :-) Roses for you, M

joannie, I picked up on some of that from your posts and pray that I'm not being too personal, but I have prayed for your release and your awareness of how special you are.
