I made a quilt for my husband in response to a joke between us .. he says my quilts should have zippers (like sleeping bags). :-) The label I made for his quilt included a machine embroidery zipper.

If anyone *recognizes* this design (it's saved in my files simply as zipper.pes), I would love, love, love to know who digitized it so that I can give proper credit to this lovely design. It stitched out so perfectly! :-)

You can read the story behind the quilt on my webpage at http://users.value.net/pirate/quilting/2011-03-tjr-zipper-quilt/

Thanks for telling your quilt story. The zipper label is perfect for him. Don't recognize your zipper design ~ another cutie might be able to help locate the designer for you.

Hi Shelley, there is one similar on Embroiderysamples.com page 296 (found it through and older post on here) under Dog Hoodies. I don't think it is the same one though as there is more of a rounded end on the pull part of the zipper. Oh! well, I'll keep on looking. Love and blessings Chris

Pennifold .. gosh, that is *SO* close! thank you for looking, eventhough it wasn't the one I used. I hadn't known about the Embroidery Samples site and have bookmarked it.

I don't know what site I shorted

I was hoping that the TC would help me .. I usually put an acronym of the website in the design file name to remind me where it came from. Alas, I do not have anything with a TC. Close, but no cigar. :-) Thanks for the info.

Label looks great. I have that zipper design. It comes from toocolddesigns. Not sure if it is still available

I Googled 'toocolddesigns' and nothing came up as a website. Would you happen to have an actual URL?

I can get to the Too Cool Designs site, but I don't see where the zipper design is. I'm obviously not looking in the correct spot.

Thanks once again for helping out!

Go to the site, click on the British Flag, then click on Electronis (on left) then click on Freebees (on left).
