Hopefully she will respond. I had gotten pretty much a generic response when I had contacted them about the bookmarks and multiple listings. I did discover that the tags did help a little. But way too many pages to go through. Jrob always seems to get a good response.

simplyrosie, it definitely isn't Veronika's style not to answer, I've found she is very good and prompt with her replies. I think there must be a breakdown somewhere, so do as jrob suggests and hopefully you'll have your answer soon. Hugs and a flower sweetie.
