The ones made in the hoop are too big for my machines so we had to figure it out. This is a project that my daughter made. She rides a motorcycle and doesn't like bags, purses or wallets. She just wanted something simple and easy to get at while on the bike. I think she did a great job!!

Love the Leopard print! Looks great, and so practical for her.

Her riding jacket has the same leopard print on it so she was tickled pink when she saw this fabric in my stash :)

like the look of it - gives me ideas for something like that as when I go somewhere by myself I don't always like to take my purse - never thought of something like this - Thanks!

That is really nice. My sister has asked me for something like this for when she walks her dog.

Charlotte, this turned out wonderfully - whose design is it?

Hi Shirlene, I had seen one online before but couldn't find the tutorial for it again. Then I saw the one's done by Reen at Embroidery Garden but they were too big for my hoop. So my daughter and I played around with bits of paper for sizes and put it together on the sewing machine. We fastened it together with velcro. Just wish I had a bigger hoop sometimes for the larger projects. I sure like the ones done by Reen. Hers are also quilted and I love her designs too!!

Thanks to everyone for all the nice comments. Think I am going to have to sit down and figure out a few more of these as they would be great for the grandkids as well. I could size them and embroider their initials on them too :) hugs, Charlotte
