I wish you strength to cope with all your troubles. Venting is good sometimes, problems shared are not necessarily gone but it does make one feel as if others are standing with you.

Sorry to hear of all your problems. Everything will sort itself out and in the meantime make sure you keep yourself cool. Keep a damp cloth around your neck and wipe your forehead with a damp cloth - it's amazing how this works to keep up cooler.
This is a good place to vent so come on baack and do it again!

So sorry to read about all your problems. I too am sure this will all pass. I was going to recommend something similar to Blueeyedblonde's comment. Over here in Australia our summers are really hot so I can empathise with you (although at the moment it's our winter and it's about 19C today.)I sleep on a Coolpillow and use a neckerchief(?) not sure if that is the correct spelling. It's like a solid roll filled with some sort of water absorbing agent. When you put it in water it swells up and then you tie it around your neck. My pillow cooler goes inside your pillowcase and it makes it easier to sleep. I'll see if I can find a picture and add it here. Good luck with with all the health issues. God bless love Chris
