I bought this and took off the lacy cover and made a new one with the stuff I had laying around my sewing room it is for Miss Mollee GD she 19 months old. I has a set of ten lights on it and I used fishing line to make the ruffle on the bottom part.

Make a circle then pin it to the top and cut the extra away leaving enough to make a seam and a few dart around the top to get a snug fit. I used the ruffle foot and sewed it on then put it on the lights and sewed it on top of the umbrella or jut make it a cover.
