I am making a bag for my cousin. She is the one that helped me a lot with my dad.
I need some kind of saying to put on it. I feel like she is my younger sister not my cousin.

Why not simply, "Sister"? Maybe embroidered on an applique heart.

I would probably leave the bag with just an embroidery design on the outside and make a label for inside with a saying.
