Please help! I have a Brother Innovis 1200 and have recently started digitizing using the Embroidery Magic 2 software. I am able to send it to my machine, but it wont accept it to start stitching.

Has it got to many stitches/size to large? Don't have this machine so this is kind of a generic problem that all embroidery machines seem to have.

No, I even try just one 1 in letter and that doesn't even work. Glad to know i'm not the only one that has this problem. At the same time i'm able to open a 5X7 design with a name attached. Not sure if it's me or the machine??

Have you converted the design to pes file? That is the only thing I can think of.

I do not know the software, - welcome to cute - <br />perhaps the tuts will help you to gather more information about the software and find what you need.

From doing research on embroidery magic 2 software I found out that it reads only the DST format. And since you have the innovis 1200 machine, it reads and digitize in the PES format. If you can't convert to a pes format. I would suggest you should try out a trial of embird and see if you would like it. I have the innovis 2500d and use embird to do all of my digitizing. But you would need the studio plug in to digitize with. Plus what help me is there is so much help out there in learning embird. And a course all software has a learning curve and takes time to learn. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
