that the spot in her lung is not a clot after all! They are saying she has some kind of lung fungus or septic poisoning in her blood!

She has severe vomiting at night (almost every night)and may have aspirated some into her lungs. They want to get her lungs right before they start the tests on her stomach. We're on the phone off and on all day because I'm not mobile enough to go visit her. So far with my GD coming over every evening when she gets off work, I've been able to manage on my own. GD makes sure I have plenty of food and that my pets are taken care of. She's the greatest love this old grandma has! Please keep those prayers coming our way, thanks to all of you!

This is a wonderful verse! I love it's truth and direction for daily living. Thank you for writing it here.

Thanks Shirlene! I think this is something I would like to reprint(larger) and frame. It says everything you need to know to give you strength and peace! That is if you follow the message!

Oh wow. Years ago, I had fungal pneumonia, which wouldn't go away. The doctors didn't bother testing to see what it was, so kept giving me antibiotics, which just made it worse. I had 13 cases of it in 2 years before they finally figured it out. Once I finally got the right treatment, I improved very quickly. But that was horrible. I totally understand what your daughter must be going through. I hope that her doctors are good and intelligent enough to think outside the box, since this is relatively rare (or so I was told). That is so nice that your granddaughter is helping you out. I'm so pleased when I see family members helping out one another!! I wish you and your family the very best.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your daughter. You are very lucky to have such thoughtful granddaughter to help you out. I had that in 2006, and was on life suport for two weeks.
I am OK now. Things have a way of working out.
Hugs and Blessings. Rachel
