Their sites always seem slow - takes a long time to load.

Everyone is back from vacation and trying to get update with everything they missed.

Yes, I have also problems with these sites. I have existing memberships and I cannot download anything. And there are no new designs for a long time. So I don´t get anything for my payments.
I asked for help but I get no answer.

There is a serious problem at AdorableApplique - customers who bought the Cute Baby Font set have not been able to download the files (one customer says she's been trying for the past eleven days)and they are getting no response from the support tickets that they have put in.
Does anyone know if something is amiss with Veronika? Is there any way to contact her?

Is there ANYONE who can tell us what is happening on these sites! The fact that so many have purchased from AdorableApplique but are not able to access their designs is ALARMING!
What has gone wrong? I have purchased from them in the past with no trouble, so there must be something new that has gone wrong.PLEASE will somebody SPEAK TO US!

If you go to the AdorableApplique site and click on the BabyFont you will get an idea of how many irate customers they have waiting for a response! - the first batch of postings were deleted (????) but NOBODY has given ANY explanation about what is going to happen to rectify the situation!
I have purchased from there many times in the past, but in this particular instance EVERYONE'S patience is understandably strained!
WHY NO RESPONSE?

It is now TWO WEEKS since I purchased the BabyFont from AdorableApplique, and there is STILL no response AT ALL from the support tickets and messages left on that site explaining that we (there are quite a few other irate customers)are unable to download the files.<br />PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE will somebody do something about this!

AT LAST I am able to download the set from AdorableApplique! TWO WEEKS was far too long to be 'left hanging' with no explanation from the 'support' about the problem. (Still no word of explanation!)
There would be much less anger in the world if people would COMMUNICATE!
