That happened to me last week, so I wrote to Veronika. But I don't trust their message sending thingy they have on there now, so I wrote to her here.

Her Avatar is TEST and I explained that when I came to the check out I had to pay for the things I'd downloaded. She kindly wrote back to me. I'd try that first.

Go to the catalogue, Click on the design itself, another window will come up, and you can then click on the subscription button then you choose your format.

Make sure that when you select the design of pack that you want-that you click on the Subscription Club box-not the add to cart-I did the same thing about a week ago. ~linda~
