As a general rule, cartoon characters such as Disney and Warner Brothers along with spots and car logos may not be stitched on items that you sell. These designs are usually limited to "Personal Use", which includes giving as gifts. When in doubt read the Licenses (and make sure they have one) that came with the designs. You don't expect illegal designs on blogs or design sites but they are out there so you have to be careful.
