thank you all sew very much from the bottom of my heart for an overwhelming response to pray for me & my family! you have brought such warmth & love to me that I have goosebumps reading all of these well wishes! Although I have been rescheduled due to a EMERGENCY I am told that I should be going next week sometime. I am thankful for this as I wasn't emotionally ready & after reading all of these replies I am much calmer & I feel a sense of peace. I am going to print off these pages & bring your warm & caring wishes with me to the hospital & when I am hurting I will think of all of you who are rooting for me & I know your thoughts & prayers will encourage me! You will be in my prayers. This is a scary thing as is all surgeries. Hope all goes well & we see you back here soon. I myself had cancer surgery on my left leg last Jan & by Sept it was in my right upper lobe of my lung which I also had surgery for so two surgeries in 9 months. I was 66 & had an awful lot of people praying for me. I know pray works as I am still here a yr later & so far cancer free. I hope your tumor is like my girlfriends & my mom's and NOT malignant.
