Here is a link that have fonts for applique, but you can use them as normal fonts as well.<br /><br />It is free a whole alpha on Fivestasfont.<br />When yopu scroll down they have a number of alpha's for free not applique as well. see pic below. These alpha's are both in 3 sizes. Hope this helps

I was about to name the same, but then had a look at the other answers as well. There are sevaral alphas in the free section and they stitch out nicely.

on 10tje's site if you go to downloads > alpfa downloads and scroll down there's a alpha made as applique letters on flags. Perhaps you can use these. You can DL them for free and try if they can be used.

There are alot of large Free alphas on sewforum. I am not sure what you are looking for but you can find alot there and on Land of 1000 stitches. Acguasanta has tons of free alphas on this site.

Have a look at Cassandras site. I have used the heart alphabet & dot alphabet they are pretty good size. She has a long list of designs and always stitch out nice, not free but inexpensive & usually some sort of special sale. Five Star fonts that others have recommemded is very good,too.
