Hope you feel better soon. The brace is difficult, but accept it just as an ordinary daily part of your outfit. You will soon be rid of it, IF you pay attention to the Doctor's instructions. Wishing you well. God bless and keep you safe. Susie.ps. I wore a brace from my neck down to my bottom for 9 months and was not even allowed a shower or bath. My dear husband gave me a bedbath every day and never complained about it.

I am lucky the laptops are in my bedroom, machine at the other end of the house but my house is flat, NO steps other than one at entrance to house.... We are so sew impatient are we not... must be this "craze" we are all involved in.
