This is a bag that I made for my sister-in-law. She was just diagnosed but we believe caught in time( her sister died with the same kind though too far advanced)I will post the back before and after I stitched the bag up, since I lost rectal(brown ribbon), kidney(green) and maybe part of breast when I sewed the corners up.I also put a message on an inside pocket. Hope you like and girls do go for your cancer check-ups.Love,Toogie

That is a nice bag. Like how you did the corner frame. Your right get your check ups. My girlfriend found one lump in one breast and the doctor found one in the other. It's been 8 years and she is doing great. Her self examination saved her life. Don't be shy and if something doesn't seem right get it checked out.

Yes,and if you do it every month on your day of birth you remember and built a rutine on that, it gets easier each time - start self exam now - fully agreed it can save your life.
And of cuz the bag is excellelent too.;-)

I just emb as I went- really had no set plan( guess I was guided by anothers hand). I just wanted to show her again how much I love her and also try to get the message out, to get your check-ups.How do you like the color of the bag, be honest? I got this piece (and probally enough to do a couple more) for fifty cents, yeah 50c. I had thought of making another with some prettier fabric but I put so much work & love into this. I do want her to have a pretty one though. I am undecided to give this one or just keep as a sample.
