Hi madrocki, What do you mean you need to download vip files? are you talking about vip files in particular or are you looking for websites that have files in that format in general?

Yesterday I downloaded about 6 frames (not sure from whom now) one frame was black eyed Susie, but they are all vip files.

vip is an embroidery file format for Viking husqvana machine, What you will need is some software to convert them into which ever format you need. What format do you need? and what software do you have? I use buzz Xplore, but I am sure there are some free software that will do it, perhaps wilcome trusizer.

Wilcom Truesizer works well I use it to convert designs to my format.
I have used Wilcom Truesizer many times but this time it will not recognise the .vip file, says it is invalid or unknown file name.
Also tried Tajima which I use constantly.

I'd try DL'g the design again. It may have been corrupted during download :)
thanks, I have tried doing that but cannot remember where it was now, I have been through 5 pages of messages and come up with nothing, may be I will keep trying because there was some lovely frames.
