I am spending July and August at the family lake home in Nebraska. My avatar image is a photo of my daughter sitting on the dock here. It is just so renewing to sit and stare at the lake....

The lake is in the middle of nowhere. 60 miles west of Omaha. Township of Prague. The most exciting thing the kids and I did this week was have a delivery by UPS and go to the gas station for a gallon of milk!
I went to college in York, not too far from Omaha, and grew up in Hastings. Enjoy your time away from the hussle and bussle of busy life.

It is relaxing to not have a care and watch the water ripples. Sounds like a pleasant place to be. If it gets too hot we will know you have taken a dip in the lake to cool off. Keep enjoying your get away as long as you can.

Enjoy it. I grew up living near a lake and loved to watch the water. I still miss it after all these years.

hi i am from north bend only about 10-12 miles away from prague-hope you enjoy the lake there-have some kolaches too!!! stay cool its really hot and humid-HAVE FUN
