I'm trying to get ahold of Veronika. I paid for subscribtion to amazing embroidey but am unable o download anything. I tried to contact her but its not going thru. Can someone help? Thanks!!

Do not try to put the design in the cart. Click on the design picture..next page click on Subscription Club, next page click on your format, your design will download.
