Yes, Had the same problem happen to be. I even tried different formats but they are all the G instead of the H. Tried to send a ticket into support to let them know but it wouldn't work for me.

I just tried this in JEF, got 2 G's. I put in a support ticket at Amazing and didn't have any trouble doing it. Softhearted, could you describe the problem you had putting in a ticket? It may help to solve the problem a lot of people seem to be having with the new system. Thanks, hugs, Marji

I just tried it too-same thing- G is G -H is G...hmmmm. I am kinda holding out to see if the pack comes up and maybe by that time, it'll be corrected.

As of this morning this hasn't been corrected..hope she sees this...

I have reported this problem but being the week end it probably won't be attended to until Monday.

The tags underneath the H reads G, and once I clicked 'subscription club' I got an almost blank page - no picture, no formats to choose from, so I could not download at all.

The "H" problem is fixed, I just got a message from Veronika! She must have been fixing while you were trying to download it, Martine. I'm going to put a separate post, too, just in case someone doesn't come back to this one. Hugs, Marji
