Hoping that someone will be able to help me. I would like to DL Pulse Ambassador which I seem to have done but it will not read any of my PES files. What am I doing wrong???

When you click on open, does a dialogue box open? You may have to select "all file types" from a drop down menu.
WhenI tried this program, my machine couldn't read any of the files I had converted so I changed to Wilcom!

Unfortunately there is no "all files" that I can see. I have just upgraded to the new Wilcom - don't know what it will have to offer just yet. Thanks Sue for responding. Sarah.

I helped my neighbor download the new version and when I tried it to show her there was no option for 'all files' so it was pretty useless for her needs. I am glad I still have my older version. I think I will stick to it. New and updated is not always better.

It has a drop down menu under files type hit the drop down menu it is all the way at the bottom.<br />hope this helps, I love this program. You can even change color and format.

myshiloh1, is your version the new one and it still shows the 'all files'? Perhaps I was doing something wrong when helping my neighbor.
