the amount of enlarging I would need to do. This is fcr a child I take care of and it's not easy to whip off one pair and try on another to check for sizing. These would not be knit fabric but woven.

What size are you looking for?

Here's a link to a super ez size 4T boys shorts, with instructions and even how to change sizing on the pattern. Maybe this will help?

took me a few days to get back on site so I apologize for my delay in answering. I printed the pattern off, taped it together this am and held up a pair of his pants to it - looking good! Thank you for your help. I just hate to even pay sale price on a pattern. I remember when they were 50 and 75 cents! Thanks again - I appreciate it.

Try All Free Sewing, they have patterns for anything you can think of.

Thanks for that site, new to me. I really like the reverse applique way of stitching long and short sleeved shirts together to make one trendy looking kids shirt.
