it couldn't be that hard. But there appear to be 3 screws and 3 screw holes on the bracket but no screw holes on the hoop.

I put that idea aside and tried to put the bracket in my machine as if it were already attached to the hoop but it won't attach. It looks like the "key" cutouts aren't the same as my hoops. I specifically ordered one that is supposed to fit my machine. I even spoke with the owner on the phone before I ordered.

I called Hoop It All and sent an email but it's Saturday so I probably have to wait. I will let you know how it goes. I will attach a picture of the brackets. Please tell me if you think I'm totally wrong here or if anyone knows how I'm supposed to put it together.

1. The Hoop It All bracket and my hoop. (Don't mind the sticky goo.)

2. Everything that came with the hoop. Instructions are for everything after the hoop is put together. It also came with some stabilizer, the sticky kind that has a pull away backing. You put the stabilizer under the hoop and stick the hoop and the cap to it.

I just figured out that the bracket slides on to the gold bar. Perhaps one screw will keep it in place. But how to make it go on my machine?

More to come...

Still can't get it on the machine correctly. I don't want to force it and pay for repairs so I will just work on perfecting the lettering for the caps on a regular hoop for now.

Thanks. I did watch that before I purchased but it is not very helpful at all. They sell a longer one for about $10 but after seeing the first one I wouldn't put any money into a another one.

I have the hoop it all and have yet to use it. Your
right the instructions are lame and I've had so many projects so it sits up there collecting dust.
I wanted to make long strands of fsl lace but haven't dared that yet either.
For my machine it came with a paper type centering grid also lame.
One of these days will have to pull it out.

You should have tried it. Over the phone I was told I could send it back within 30 days if I need to. (With a restocking fee.) My Visa card will allow me to fight any charges if needed though. I will give them a chance to straighten this out first.

Hope you get it fixed soon. What kind of machine do you have. Is the hoop the same as the endless hoop for Baby Lock? I don't have one but have seen it at a sewing show I went to in Cullman, Al. Wish I could help you. Let us know what comes with this. Sorry I just read the other post and this is different than the hoop and the demo I saw. Good Luck. That is an expensive part to not be able to use.

I have Brother ULT 2003D. I have an endless hoop for borders too. I don't know if it's the same as the Baby Lock.

That is what I would have done trying the bracket by itself. No sense trying to figure out how to assemble if the bracket doesn't even fit. Sure doesn't look the same. As far as the three screws on the picture it looks as if there are 3 holes on top pf the gold bar. Keep us informed about it. Too much money involved for it not to work. Good luck getting it straightened out.

Hi Sewmom, the You Tube video below shows a bit more detail. Love Chris

Still can't see how this hoop will go onto your sewing machine!

Have you asked someone at their forum? Right now there are 16 people on line, and I'm thinking one of them can help. Looks like the 3 holes are for the 3 positions for large designs.

Latest update. They are sending me another bracket to try. We tried to figure out why it doesn't work over the phone but couldn't come up with a reason. The obvious difference in the pictures I put up don't matter. It just shows the difference in the top of the bracket from the 4x4 hoop and the larger hoop and that shouldn't be a problem at all. So I wait for a new piece and hope it works.
