This is so CUTE !- You know, there is a Thunder Coat that is on the market, similar, without hood. It wraps around the dogs body and it suppose to make him/her feel secure during bad weather, so they don't get so nervous. I need to make Heidi one, my sis' Yorkie. Can't see how it is cut around the top/neck area, picture doesn't show.-Toogie
