Yes, it's happened to me twice - I have a paid up subscription and for the past couple of times I've had to pay. Veronika extended my subscription for me - but I hope it doesn't keep happening.

How are you attempting to download your designs? You must click on the picture of the design, and then on Subscription Club on the next page, then your format on the final page. Do not put anything in the cart.

I know that Amazing Embroidery is now set up differently - if you a member you can download by clicking the subscription club button - then your format - and your downloads starts. Enjoy!

Don't add it to your cad when you have a membership, use the supscription club button instead.
