So frustrating to see this happening. I don't know why its happeneing. Is it the prrogram I used or the one they are using. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Dont worry . It is an easy quick fix. It would not open for me at first. I then brought it up in buzz tools and changed it to a Version 1. Now it opens eaasily ! Thanks for the design. I know how frustrating it is .
