FSL Bookmark Design from Secrets of Embroidery. Fixed into a greetings card with double sided tape. This will most probably be given to a friend who is a real bookworm.

Jean, I would say you have done it again - what a lovely card and book mark - where did you get this beautiful bookmark and do you make your own cards - this is wonderful - I love it. *4U Shirlene

Shirlene, I got the Hibiscus design in a 'bonus' package from Secrets of Embroidery. I enjoy making cards - that was the main reason I wanted an embroidery machine but they do take much longer to make.

It was quite intricate to make but worth it (I think) It's satifying to know that others like it too.

This one is quite involved to make (for me anyway - I am quite new to machine embroidery) But it is very pretty.

AGE? Nah! two of my bowling partners are over 75, they keep telling me you just have to keep active, but i don't like my chances of still bowling in 16 years, LOL! What is short mat???

Yes I like it now it is done but quite an ambitous project for me to do. I did think I was trying to run before I could walk - if you know what I mean. Thank you.

Thank you Iris, nice & thin & light to slip into a card and doesn't add too much extra to postage costs, which is something these days!
