"Amazing designs" I am sure you all noticed there is no download info for the emobossed alpha "H" and the one shell doesn't have any download info either. I tried to do a support ticket and when I tried to sign into that area it is not recognizing my email address, yet I am signed into the download area with no problems.........so I don't get it???????????? Has anyone else figured this out?????? Thanks........Vicki

Haven't figured it out, but I did report the error on the "H" and the shell. I haven't heard a peep from my support ticket after the auto-reply.

Thank you, Sharon.....at least you were able to submit a support ticket. I don't know how the website can not recognize my email on a support ticket, yet let's me sign in on the subscription side to download designs....that's just craziness!

yup Vicki-there were a few of us that noticed the 2 designs @ Amazing without formats-oddly enough though-yesterday the H was the free letter-it had the formats-go figure?? I have to say-those darned support tickets are a joke-IF you get a response, it takes forever-I personally think it's a major frustrating waste of time-
I hope you are able to get the H-maybe we could vote it back up if the support team doesn't get their act together and fix the missing formats(I too, am waiting for the shell)

Hey, Linda....oh, man, I checked alpha's each day too while on the trip except yesterday, we were on the road....that figures, huh?????? Oh well, maybe they will get their act together, I think right now they have too many irons in the fire by trying to handle too many web sites and now the older ones are suffering and those are the ones with subscriptions and should be attended to!
Just my opinion!! Yes, we had a great trip, however it is also great to be home, our "furry kids" missed us and we missed them too........Hugs....Vicki

I don't have it figured out, Vicki, but I'm trying. I've been putting in support tickets, but haven't "signed in" to the support, and I get an automated message that my ticket was received. But not an answer, however. I contacted Veronika here, so hopefully we'll get those downloads fixed. This new support system has "bugs" the size of tarantulas, I think. Hugs, Marji

Welcome Back Vicki, sure did miss you. The cat quilt top is almost done but can't find a cat footprint to stitch. You wouldn't have designed one, would you?LOL. Hope your vacation was enjoyable. martyb
