Can anyone tell me where to find your order to download after it is purchased. All I got was a receipt. No instructions for download???

Sometimes designs are E-mailed to you. Often, you are directed back to the site where you purchased the design. There you may find a download section or your account where the designs can be downloaded.

If it is this one, just click on the design you want, when the next page comes up choose your format under the Free Members download. Click on your format and the design will download.

No, I still haven't got it. I went to my account but because I'm not a paying member yet, there's nothing there showing i purchased anything. I sign in and it's shows I'm logged in but I can't log in on the page for me to contact anyone. I ordered on july 31 and have a receipt but didn't get my download. I guess there's nothing I can do. Thanks for reading. At least someone is listening even if you can't do anything. Connie
