yes I have got a lot from there.
It's a great site! You have very experienced digitizers that give free designs and you have newbies too. Some tell you that they have not tested the designs so be sure to read everything on the post.
It does take a little time to figure out your way around and learn how to search but it's worth the effort.

Here is the Free Embroidery page for sewforum. The newest designs are on the top but when someone leaves a comment it bumps that design to the top too. Hover your mouse over a design title and it will tell you the date it was put up originally.
