Glober are you opening the designs in a software program for embroidery ?? This is the way - you will not be able to see the designs in another program like "word" or so. Hope this info helps.

Please help.Why I can not see the designs now.Before I unload cute designs.I ve never had problem. It seems they change the system. Before I only need to click the designs and was immediately on my computer. I use StudioPlus by designer's Gallery.
Please help me. I m no good in computer by I try. Thanks

What format are you using? A lot of people have a problem with pes when their machine uses a lower version of pes but they download a higher version. In that case it needs to be converted.
