not a good idea. I just do not want the names and designs disappearing into the pile. My next question is where can I find a basting stitch (I have many) that has a large stitch so it is easy to undo. I have tried many times but the stitches seem so small and are difficult to take out, especially in towels. I have a 4x4 hoop. Thank you in advance. Sarah.

Hi Sarah, I have sent you an email. Hugs Yvonne

PS. I only use 1 layer on the top of all my towels.

I don't see why two layers wouldn't work - especially because the towel is so thick - that is what I would do - but then - I don't do towels like Yvonne does and she is suggesting to just use the one. Happy Stitching Sarah.

Did some like this for my DD and only used one layer on the top and they turned out great.
