I can, i had it today, Just scroll down after you read the daily tip and you will see in blue submit your tip here. Click on that and it will take you to another page. Good luck and I look forward to seeing your tip.

I just checked and have had 28 tips posted on emblibrary. I just sent another in today.
Do not let that discourage you. I sent a suggestion in and got an e-mail several days later saying Mine had been selected from those sent.

It may be easier just to go to EL and read through the list of tips there. Lots of good information to be had.
