Mine works fine. Call your dealer and explain it to them and they will tell you what to do. I wrote it down but I did not keep it. Sorry i was not able to help more. Shirley

I had this problem last year while running XP with V6 and we had to call the dealer to get it fixed. We fixed it over the phone, but I can't remember what component of software my hubby had to reinstall. I am thinking it may have been the hasp, but not sure......it was just a matter of reinstalling part of the software....don't know why it happened, it just did!! It was acting just like yours is though......Vicki
