The surgeon was able to put one screw in and two wires and aligned up the broken bones. The two wires and suture's will come out on the 29th and and the screw will remain unless it causes her problems. So glad the surgery part is over so she can start to heal. Thank you for all your well wishes and prayers.

Here are the after surgery and the before so you can compare how well her bones are aligned. Now she can be like a lot of us and predict when the weather is going to change. lol

Now this looks better. Will this set of a alarm when going through airplane checkpoints? Wishing her fast healing.
She asked the same question. lol No, will not set off an alarm. She is pretty uncomfortable right now and at best hoping for a couple hours of sleep. We are using a computer chair to wheel her through the house ~ she has no go power right now.

Thank you. She has been in horrible pain from when the block wore off early morning. Tomorrow will be better.

Thank you. The ER never showed us the x-rays so had no idea how much damage was done. Think the worst is over until when they take the wires out and have no idea what that procedure involves.
