So glad for you to have your machine back! It probably was the cats! It's amazing how nice it can feel to have a well running machine! Hope it all runs well!

I just got my machine back yesterday after an eternity at the repair shop. They had to order a custom made bobbin case for mine on top of everything else because the machine wouldn't work with the factory parts. Hmmm. Strange. Anyway, a CPU can come loose like anything else. Vibration does it. Embroidery machines vibrate by their very nature. If you have a good solid place to park it, that is best. And a little tidbit that people don't think about...make sure that your machine is on a UPS. It is a computer after all, and one little power surge, power blink, or even dip can fry your sensitive computer parts.
Good luck with your NEW machine. It will probably behave like you forgot about it behaving when you first got it!!!

Your machine should be like NEW. Let us know how it works out for you. I just got my baby back last Tues. after two 45 mile trips to the dealer for repairs. When I went in last Tues I took all needed things to stay at the dealers and embroidery something out it worked OK...so I brought it home. Put it thru more of it's paces the last two days and it seems to be working well. Best of luck!! H&*

the poor baby needs some TLC. For sure a new bobbin case and needle plate and a deep clean and lube.
